My wife found Kites while search for a company to clean out area rug in the family room. After a year of the dog sleeping on it, a new kitten and general use the rug had become dirty a matted. They did an excellent job of cleaning the rug and restoring the pile back to close to original. I am really impressed with overall job. They picked up the rug and delivered it. Staff is very polite and courteous. We will be using them again for future needs.
