Second, our cleaners will spot clean and vacuum with an industrial grade cleaner, which uses enough suction to remove over a pound of dust and dirt that a standard vacuum cleaner cannot. That’s followed by intensive washing in a tub that can totally submerge your rug and prolong the soaking process. (This soaking stage is one you can’t get at home, and could risk flooding if you tried it yourself!)
